Alex and I are here for the snacks! We had so much fun talking about nostalgic favorites, quizzing each other on why our bodies might be craving the particular snacks they are, and even digging into the idea of when not to snack. I know you're going to relate to something in today's episode because what occurred to me as I listened back was how universal this topic is. Most of us in this country are so blessed to have an abundance of food and we want to steward that abundance well...which makes snacking a topic worth spending time on!
