Lorrie and I are here to give you the bird's eye view into gut health today!  What's the difference between the gut, the gut microbiome, and a leaky gut?  Well hang on to your hats because we're going there...!  More important than the technical definitions though is the way in which our conversation unraveled to reveal that there's room for everyone on the journey to gut health...whether you're just beginning to consider tackling issues like gas or whether you're ready to commit to a new gut-healing lifestyle diet.  Hint: I'm somewhere in the middle...enter my sourdough starter (pictured here!).
