To say carbs are getting the most attention of the macronutrients these days would be an understatement!  Fat used to be under attack...protein has stayed relatively safe from diet trends...but carbs?  People are eager to talk about this!  In all seriousness though, recent research on sugar has caused more conversations about carbohydrate consumption to pop up in various nutrition circles, and for good reason.  Today, Jackie and I are comparing and contrasting 3 of the most popular low carb approaches.  Let's dive in!

What do you do when you eat one way, your kid eats another way, and your partner eats in a way that doesn't resemble either one of those diets?  Whatever your household look like, if you live with other people, chances are you share some of your meals and chances are you don't have the exact same nutrition goals as the person sitting across the table from you.  Today, Leah and I are exploring how to make a single meal work for multiple lifestyle diets...and we're speaking from experience, as women who eat very differently from our husbands!  Let's jump in.
